Crossing the Chasm Workshop

Based on the classic book Crossing the Chasm by Geoffrey Moore, this workshop will teach strategies for launching high-tech products into the marketplace. Crossing the Chasm (CTC) defines five market segments: Innovators, Early Adopters, Early Majority, Late Majority, and Laggards. Learn the customer characteristics and what your customers expect from you in each segment. Learn how startup tools such as Business Model Canvas and Lean Startup align the CTC strategies. Learn how a CTC-based strategy and communications can drive conversations with investors, strategic partners, potential acquirers, and others. This session will include targeted workshop time for application of CTC strategies. Watch a video summary here.
