UK Student-preneur Panel - Canceled
Tuesday, November 19th 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Presented by UK Entrepreneurship Club
As the world becomes increasingly digital, the barriers to entrepreneurship for those without the credentials and capital have diminished, allowing for young, hopeful entrepreneurs to try their hand at business before getting their cap & gowns. While beneficial, this has put many young entrepreneurs in a unique position: balancing being a professional & entrepreneur while still being a full-time student. With this comes many conundrums: How does one balance the two, when does the option of dropping out to pursue your business goals full-time become feasible, how do you convince others you're competent without the diploma that says you are, the list is endless. Because of this, the UK Entrepreneurship club will be hosting a student entrepreneur panel with four successful entrepreneurs and professionals who began their careers in college, asking them their perspectives on these tough questions. Join the discussion as we dive into one of the most significant topics facing the ever-growing group of young entrepreneurs.
